Next week,Mortal Kombat 11players that purchased the Kombat Pack will gain access to Sindel, the final non-guest character to join the roster in Year 1. Thus far, NetherRealm has detailed almost everything it can about Sindel, from her move set to her intro sequences. One leak even revealedSindel’s story endingfor the Challenge Tower.

While there is a lot about Sindel that fans are likely curious to see more of, the fatalities and brutalities rank very high on the list. Luckily, NetherRealm has already givenMortal Kombat 11fans a taste of what they can expect from Sindel and the developer did not disappoint.

Thus far, NetherRealm has shown two fatalities and fivebrutalities for Sindel. The two fatalities are arguably some of the most gruesome in all ofMortal Kombat 11, especially the one involving her hair. ManyMortal Kombat 11fatalities toe the line between overly violent and downright gross, but the hair fatality encompasses both.

Sindel’s other fatality also involves splitting her opponent into a bunch of smaller pieces but by way of her high-pitched voice. She still extends her hair and uses it to restrain the opponent, but then her voice does all of the work, first dissolving the fighter’s skin and then making them explode into various body parts.

While fans have had a lot of questions about theghostly form that is seemingly attached to Sindel, it appears thatMortal Kombat 11has not forgotten what elements have made the character so iconic over the years. Both her hair and her voice have played a key role in the look, the fighting style, and even the story behind the character.

Like the fatalities, many of Sindel’s brutalities play on the idea of using her hair or her voice as a means of destroying her opponent. There’s also a lot of decapitations in her brutalities, which seems to be a thing for her inMortal Kombat 11.

In most cases, the Sindel brutality involves catching the opponent with her spear/staff or her hair, and then using that to remove their head. Her hair seems to be a very formidable weapon inMortal Kombat 11and catching an opponent with it while they are low on health will deliver an incredible final blow.

Although there may be frustration from Mortal Kombat 11 fans over the fact thatKombat Pack 1features so many guest characters, there is a lot to look forward to with Sindel. Her fatalities and brutalities have a very strong MK sensibility and she looks like she might be a top tierMortal Kombat 11fighter. Fans will be able to find out for themselves next week.

Mortal Kombat 11adds Sindel for Kombat Pack owners on November 26th and everyone else on December 3rd.
