The anime world is filled with some ridiculously powerful abilities; some of them in particular have left fans speechless. One such ability is being able to tinker with time. InJoJo’sBizarreAdventure, Araki has introduced a handful of Stands, that have the power to manipulate time.

These stands are able to influence time in various ways, which is what makes them unique and puts them way above the regular Stands. Any character who possesses one of these Stands can potentially cause a lot of destruction. In this list, we will take a look at the Stands that can affect time.
8The World
The World is the Stand of DIO. He awakened the Stand after he was taken out of the coffin. DIO was confident about his Stand and he believed that with enough time, he could easily take over the world, and he was not wrong.
When the wound on his neck was still severe, DIO was only able to stop time for a few seconds, but towards the end ofStardustCrusaders, he was able to halt time for 9 seconds. DIO believed that if he had recovered fully, he would have been able to stop time from flowing for even longer.
7Bites The Dust
Bites The Dust is the third type of bomb in Killer Queen’s arsenal. After Kira killed Hayato, the former impaled himself with the Stand arrow and his desire to undo his mistake caused Kira’s Stand to awaken Bites The Dust.

Since Bites The Dust was activated by Kira’s desperate need to undo his madness, the bomb mainly helped Kira to keep his identity a secret. When the bomb was planted inside Hayato, he couldn’t reveal the identity of Kira, or else the miniature bomb would kill everyone who found out about Kira’s real identity. The Stand would then rewind the time an hour, thus creating a loop.
6King Crimson
King Crimson is the Stand of Diavolo, who isthe main villain ofJJBA:GoldenWind. The Stand is physically very powerful as it was able to kill opponents with just a single hit. King Crimson has the ability to erase time for up to ten seconds. During the erased time, only Diavolo is aware of what is happening and he can adjust his body accordingly.
His opponents have no clue about the actions that took place during the time erasure, which leaves them open to a surprise attack. In addition to its ability to erase time, King Crimson also possesses the ability to predict the future. The combination of the two abilities makes the Stand almost invincible.
5Made In Heaven
Enrico Pucci wanted to create a world where there would be no wrongdoings, but to create such a world, he needed more power. So, he decided to evolve his Stand and turn it into one of themost powerful Stands in the series.

He managed to evolve it not once but twice, which gave rise to Made in Heaven. The Stand is able to control the forces of gravity of the earth, moon, and the entire universe. Due to its ability to control gravity, the Stand can accelerate time to a point where it was able to create an entirely different universe. Made in Heaven’s ability affects the time stop ability of Stands such as Star Platinum.
4Star Platinum
Jotaro Kujo isthe protagonist ofStardustCrusaders. He awakened his Stand very early on in the series, but at that time, he did not have the ability to stop time. Jotaro relied on his Stand’s super strength and speed to take down most of the opponents.
Towards the end of Part 3, Jotaro awakened the ability to stop time. This ability played a crucial role in DIO’s downfall. However, he could only stop time for a maximum of five seconds, while DIO’s ability to stop time continued to grow until his death.
3C-Moon
C-Moon is the first evolution of Pucci’s Whitesnake. Although C-Moon is not as broken as Made in Heaven, it still is more powerful than most Stands inStoneOcean.C-Moon is an automatic Stand, which allows its user to hide while it attacks the targets.
C-Moon’s time acceleration affects every object in its vicinity, which can prove fatal to any person in its vicinity. The Stand has the power to wreak havoc if used properly.
2Mandom
Mandom belongs to a minor antagonist fromSteelBallRun, namely Ringo Roadagain. Ringo believed in having duels could elevate a person. He would bet his life on these duels, which made him a rather interesting character.
Ringo Roadagain’s Mandom had the special ability to reverse the time by six seconds. If an opponent was unaware of this ability, it would leave them perplexed. All Ringo had to do was turn the dial on his watch and Mandom would reverse the time.
1Gold Experience Requiem
Giorno Giovanna managed to become the boss of Passione after an intense adventure with his comrades. Giorno needed a Stand that could triumph King Crimson’s ability to erase time. When Giorno impaled his Stand with the arrow, his Gold Experience turned into Gold Experience Requiem.
The Stand does not have the ability to stop or accelerate time, but it can nullify all sorts of action which could potentially harm Giorno. So, it is capable of returning time to “zero,” which is anextremely overpowered ability.
