Agent 47 has been the protagonist of theHitmanseries since it began, and this makes him something of an anti-hero in the eyes of its fans and the developers. As one of the new trilogy’s main antagonists, Janus, AKA “The Past,” is a great target to take down with an excellent mission and locale. Janus was the first Constant of Providence and a spy for the KGB.

11Robert and Sierra Knox

In terms of villainy, the tech giant and his daughter Sierra Knox don’t quite live up to others on this list, but both were planning to defect to the Shadow Client’s militia. This would have meant that Knox’s dangerous robotics and weaponry would have been in the wrong hands.

Sinistra is one of most memorable targets in the series

However, what makes both the father and his daughter such great marks is the Miami location fromHitman 2that this mission takes place in. It’s a huge level that is packed with opportunities, intel, and mission stories. There’s just so much replay value and depth to this that players will find themselves coming back and trying new ways to take them down.

10Vinnie Sinistra

Vinnie “Slugger” Sinistra was a target fromHitman: Blood Moneyand the subject of one of the most interesting mission levels in the series. Sinistra was a Cuban crime lord that turned on his associates and stayed hidden in witness protection after becoming a snitch for the FBI.

Sinistra was hiding out in a gated community in California, so the location was very different from the exotic globe-trotting locations from the other games. He’s far from the most villainous target that Agent 47 has faced, but he’s certainly one of the most interesting based on his backstory, location, and character interactions.
