It seems thatCall of Duty Mobileis adding two maps fromCall of Duty: Modern Warfareto its midst soon, those being Shipment and Terminal. Both of these popular maps werefound in the public test servers, indicating that they may be making their way into the full game soon.
The public test servers are used for the developers to be able to try new ideas out with a large test group and get feedback on those ideas from the actual customer.Call of Duty Mobileusers tend to be rather fond of them because it allows them a first look at upcoming features.

That is the case here, as the inclusion of these two maps on that server all but confirms that they will be coming to the mobile game in full at some point. Not much is known about when, but it is nice to see the already vast selection of maps become even more diverse and includemoreModern Warfare 2maps.
It’s worth noting that since these maps showed up on the test server where there are oftenCall of Duty Mobileglitchesand everything is subject to change, it is theoretically possible that it won’t end up in the game. It is very rare that this kind of thing would happen and very unlikely that it will happen with these maps, but it should be stated as a possibility. Furthermore, the presence of these maps in the test servers doesn’t say anything about the time frame for their release, as some things which showed up on these servers weren’t released until quite some time after they were tested.
With all that out of the way,Call of Duty Mobileplayers seem pretty excited about the addition of these maps. Perhaps the biggest draw to their inclusion is that both maps currently feature their original layout rather than the modified layout found inCall of Duty: Modern Warfare, though it seems that Shipmenthas a World War II theme this time around. This will no doubt strike a chord of nostalgia among many, as most fans prefer the classic layouts to the newer ones.
At the moment,Call of Duty Mobiledevelopers have made no announcement about the mapsin regards to the full game or even the test servers, fans simply noticed them there. Odds are now that the cat is out of the bag that Tencent will open up about what the current plan for those maps is, so fans should keep their ears to the ground.
