Gaining a competitive edge is very important inCall of Duty: Warzone. Whether it is finding thebest gun loadout inWarzone, utilizing high-IG strategies, or simply outsmarting opponents on the fly, every single detail matters; and can be the difference between a winning gunfight or being sent to the Gulag. One recent find seems to indicate that there is a hidden stat for one of the attachments for the FFAR 1 Assault Rifle that offers a slight competitive edge.
The FFAR 1 is an Assault Rifle fromCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, so it comes with theWarzoneintegration that some were unhappy with at first. When using the Raider Stock on the FFAR 1, a player has noticed that the aiming down sight movement speed is boosted by 50% while shooting, which makes the gun significantly more mobile, especially in close-range situations.

When aiming down sights, it is clear that the movement is significantly faster while shooting. It is not clear, however, whether this is abroken gun attachment inWarzoneor if this is by design.
It could be that this works for all guns with the Raider Stock, but most of the focus online seems to be surrounding the FFAR 1. Right now, many believe thatCall of Duty: Warzonehas a DMR problem, that the game leans far too heavily on that one gun being the all-powerful weapon, so any other gun being added to the mix would be a welcome addition.
The truth is,Call of Duty:Warzonehas often had an over-powered gun issue. Whether it is the MP7, the Grau, the Bruen, or others, one or two weapons often dominate the battlefield inWarzone. Some hoped that theCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warintegration would help with adding a new weapon pool, but instead it just added the new overpowered meta to the game, theDMR and MAC-10.
Instead of having a couple of guns that blast away the competition, or the community collectively discovering the attachment that gives the competitive advantage before everyone ends up running around with the same set-up, it would be nice if Activision, Infinity Ward, Raven Software, and Treyarch could find a way to create a balance where various strategies and gun styles work in harmony together. Snipers have success, as do run and gun assault rifle players. Heavy bullet sponge LMG players can take point and distract, and stealthy flankers can have success as long as they close the gap. Until then, the current meta is the way to go, and the FFAR 1 with the Raider Stock is the most recent secret find that will likely soon be well-known inCall of Duty: Warzone.
Call of Duty: Warzoneis available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
