Head to the north part of the Howling Pit, known as the Bottomless Shore, and then make one’s way as far to the northwest as possible.A decent landmark is the spot where one finds the Hanemukuro +3, as this is fairly close to the boss room entrance.

From that point, head a bit south while following a bend in the path that will loop around to take players northward again. Keep heading as north as possible and gamers will eventually come to a spot where some Queen Steel can be looted, which is a sign that the boss room for the Invading Executioner is just a few more steps north.

The Invading Executioner’s Status Weaknesses, Resistances, & Immunities

First off, this boss is immune to Slow, so don’t bother trying to decrease her rapid movements. She resists Inhibit quite a bit, though can still succumb to this status eventually. The Invading Executioner is most susceptible to the Stun status effect, however, Poison can also be quite effective against her since she is not immune to it.

Combat Tips

The Invading Executioner’s attacks are quick while also having very little wind-up, meaning that they will always be a bit tricky to see coming. This, in combination with her glaive-like weapon having long reach, means that players will always have to worry about getting clipped by one of her blows if gamers dodge poorly.

Her slide attacks are arguably the best window for attacking her,as they’re relatively easy to see coming and have enough downtime afterward to land a hit or two. Keep some distance to try and trigger her into closing the gap with her slide attacks. When she initiates one, be ready to dodge to either the left or the right, though, be wary, as she will very often perform two slide attacks in a row so that she will essentially end up back where she started before the attack. At this point, she’ll have her back turned to the player for a couple of seconds, which is one’s opening to deal a bit of damage.

For players heavily using ranged attacks, this fight will be a fair deal easier, as the Invading Executioner doesn’t have very many ranged attacks of her own. The only one that can be a true threat for ranged players is when she spins around rapidly and lets out quick gray clouds in every direction that can knock one back and take away a bit of HP. Besides that, however, she only uses melee attacks which can be dodged easier the farther one is from her.Simply wait until she attacks to dodge, get a bit of distance, and then pelt her with spells–rinse and repeat for a victory.
