There are tons of different Followers Forms for players to nab inCult of the Lamb. These unlocks act as “skins” that players can use when they are indoctrinating a new Follower into their cult, as they will have the option to change the form, color, name, and variation of the cultist before they’re officially added to the community. Many of these Follower Forms are awarded randomly, as players make their way through Crusades, run into random events and shops, or pay the vending machines littered around each “hub.”

Some Follower Forms take a lot more to unlock, like the Wolf. Players that want to unlock every possible Follower Form, and obtain the Full Flock Achievement, will have to jump through the hoops necessary to snag this skin. Here’s how players can find and unlock the Wolf Follower Skin inCult of the Lamb.
How To Get The Wolf Follower Form
In order to obtain the cuddly-yet-scary Wolf skinfor their Followers, players will first have to find a mysterious NPC and begin a quest chain. To begin this quest, the Lamb needs to have access to at least one area of the overworld map, like Pilgrim’s Passage. With an area unlocked, the Lamb simply needs to head to the zone at night, and look around the area for a Crescent shape. By getting near the shape and interacting with it, cloaked NPC will appear and speak to the fleece-covered leader. The Wolf will ask the Lamb for a favor, and completing the request will reward players with a Holy Talisman Piece, as well as progress the quest to the next step.To unlock the Wolf Follower Form, players need to find the Wolf NPC in each one of the four unlocked overworld areas and complete their task.
The Wolf can be found, at night, in Pilgrim’s Passage, Spore Grotto, Smuggler’s Sanctuary, and Midas’s Cave. The following gallery shows all the locations for the NPC (in order).
Each time the Lamb completes a task for the Wolf, its next request will be more severe, and players will have to make some tough choices if they want to complete this quest line. Here’s what they ask during each encounter:

WARNING: MINOR SPOILERS AHEADFor the fourth and final encounter, the NPC will ask for something truly malicious. They want to take Ratau with them. This will not affect the players' cult in any way, but they will not be able to speak to him or play Knucklebones with him anymore.As players receive a Tarot Cardfrom Ratau for beating him the first time, they should be sure to challenge and defeat him before completing this quest.
