A Reddit user who goes by cfs_kenshin discovered something interesting about the moon that many people may have never even noticed. The player shared a clip of them walking into Frosted Heights, where the game shows a full moon even if it was a crescent moon that night. As seen in the video, the shape of the moon changes from a waxing crescent when the player enters Frosted Heights and stretches back into a full moon.
Disney Dreamlight Valleyplayers in the comments didn’t dismiss this new moon shape as a visual glitch, with some stating that it is also perfect for pictures and spell crafting. The original poster also noted that if players walk into the Frosted Heights in rainy weather, it begins to snow there. A Reddit user who goes by pagesinked also claimed that if players go down to the forest, the moon will revert back to a crescent shape.
Following the release of thePride of the Valley update, players encountered a few notable bugs that prevented them from enjoying the fresh content. As an example, players reported that Chez Remy and Scrooge’s Shop are sometimes completely empty.
