How to Get Scorpions in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Scorpions, a new ingredient added in theA Rift in Timeexpansion, are found exclusively in theGlittering Dunesbiome. However, contrary to what players might expect, scorpions are not found roaming the sands. Instead, Scorpions arecaught by fishingin specific colored pools found within the dark sandy patches in the Glittering Dunes. These fishable pools are easily identifiable, marked by a prominent swirl of sand along with sand-filled bubbles.
Players can catch Scorpionsfrom both blue and orange poolslocated within these sands.Fishing in these poolsuses the same mechanics as regular water fishing, with each of the three colored pools hosting a variety of creatures for players to catch. However, unlike in the Valley, the fishing pools in the sands of the Glittering Dunes have catches that are shared across various pool colors.
What are Scorpions Used for in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Scorpions are also used as ingredients in aselect fewcooking recipesexclusive toA Rift in Time. These recipes require ingredients only available in the Eternity Isle biomes, meaning players who haven’t purchased the expansion DLC won’t have access to Scorpions or the related recipes.
