The roadmap promised an initial five installments of content along with a promise for five plus years of support beyond the game’s release. This shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise toDying Lightfans who will have seen the sheer volume of support the original game has received over the years, but the news is comforting for gamers nonetheless. It is also exciting to get a first look at the content fans can expect over the next year.
Of the five pieces of content that have been revealed for four months afterDying Light 2’srelease, it looks as though there’s a heavy emphasis on gameplay and story. There are two sets of challenges, one event, a story DLC, and one drop of factions-inspired free cosmetics. These will be shared across the months between February and June, although what happens from then isn’t entirely clear at this point.
