Armor sets inEnshroudednot only provide better protection against incoming threats, but they also define playstyles by giving bonuses to specific damage types enjoyed by character archetypes. There are plenty of armor pieces in the early access version of the game, and there are three unique sets in particular that players will want to add to their armory as soon as possible.
Deep inside the Kindlewastes are theRadiant Paladin,Elder, andEagle Eyesets forfighter, mage, and ranger buildsrespectively, and they offer excellent stat packages that rival the best crafted armor pieces inEnshrouded. If you’re looking to upgrade your gear without using any crafting materials, here’s where you can find these three sets.
Sun Temple Coffin and Chest
These armor sets can beacquired randomly by opening chestsaround the Kindlewastes region. Your best bet at getting these sets is in the general vicinity of the Sun Temple, found all the way to the east of the Cinder Vault. You can get here as soon as you get a glider, though the journey will be long and dangerous. It’s best to attempt this area when you are at least Lv 15 with decent gear. Once you do get here,place a Flame Altarsomewhere nearby.
There are many chests in and around the Sun Temple, and there are three in particular that are very easy to reach. The first two are inside the temple itself — glide on the open balcony to the right of the main entrance, then go the stairs that lead down at the back of the room. Open and loot thecoffinguarded by some undead, then head down the steps leading to the main door of the temple. Mine through the rubble near the steps to find asilver chestguarded by one undead.
Hidden Outcrop Chest
After looting the coffin and the chest inside, teleport back to your Flame Altar outside, then follow the ridgeline to the south. There’s an outcrop at the bottom with a golden chest on it. You can safely glide down here — just ensure not to touch the lethal Shroud surrounding the platform.
Like with every chest inEnshroudedthis one (including the chest and coffin in the temple) can befarmed by reloading the world. Also, the three Kindlewastes armor sets are not guaranteed to drop from any of these loot sources, so you’ll have to reload your world multiple times before you can complete the set you want.
