As reported by eXputer, this leak comes from a YouTube channel that has uploaded a 20-minute video featuring the final boss and what looks to be the ending ofForspoken. The video begins with a massive set piece, with the protagonist Frey riding a dragon and killing hordes of enemies with its fire attack. Users then get a small glimpse at the skill tree ofForspoken, with the player being at level 52 at this point in the game.
The boss encounter continues with the same level of spectacle, as Frey is seen utilizing a wide variety ofspells and abilities available to her inForspoken. She is trash-talking and insulting the boss over the course of the fight, as the battle goes through its phases. The final cutscene seems to be the ending ofForspoken, or at least a part of it, but it may include additional scenes not featured in the video.
This isn’t the only piece of footage from the game to be available online, as thefirst hour ofForspokenwas leaked just a few days ago. Fans should note that the final boss battle seems to be a more cinematic experience, and it may not be indicative of the gameplay experience in the open world. It’s also strange that the video has not been taken down yet, considering it has been up for a full day at the time of this writing. Such leaks aren’t common in the gaming industry, especially for a high-profile release, but most of them are quickly removed.
Forspokenwill release on May 28, 2025, for PS5 and PC.
