Fortnite’s Season 7 Week 9 Legendary Quests are now available, and one of them instructs players to place a Bioscanner in an Alien Biome. However, with so much extraterrestrial activity occurring across the map, some fans may be slightly confused about where they should go to complete this challenge. Fortunately, it is quite easy to locate the relevant Alien Biome inFortnite, and this guide contains full details on how players should go about tackling this task.
To begin, fans that are working on this quest should direct their attention toHolly Hatchery, a named location on the westside ofFortnite’s map. Indeed, many of the structures at Holly Hatchery are currently surrounded by translucent forcefields, and a Bioscanner can be found within each one of these enclosures. Players can find information on the exact locations of those Bioscanners below, and all of them are perfectly suitable for completing the challenge.
Upon arrival at one of these locations,Fortnitefanswill see the outline of a Bioscanner, which is a device sitting atop a tripod. Players must then simply interact with that outline to deploy the scanner, and they should receive immediate indication that they have completed this Week 9 Legendary Quest when that is done. It is this point that fans will also earn the 30,000 XP reward that is associated with finishing the challenge.
To note, there is anothernew Legendary Quest inFortnitethat players will have already completed at Holly Hatchery, and they should thus be quite familiar with the area. Specifically, that challenge required fans to collect resources in Holly Hatchery, and a total of 100 of them are needed. These resources are gathered by destroying the various objects that are scattered around this named location, and 30,000 XP is granted when the task is finished.
It may also be worth mentioning that two ofFortnite’s Week 9 Alien Artifactsare in fairly close proximity to Holly Hatchery. One of these Artifacts can be found in a shack on the island that is to the northwest, while the other is situated next to a spiral staircase on the westside of Weeping Woods. All of this together means that there is quite a lot to do in this small portion of the map, and that is sure to be appreciated by fans that value efficiency.
