Genshin Impactis a game with a massive number of achievements, and earning these achievements will provide players with Primogems, the premium currency of the game. However, of the over 900 achievements currently in the game, a large chunk of them are hidden from the player until they have been earned. One of them is called “Oh, the Humanity!” and completing all the steps to earn it will result in quite a few Primos.

Upon completingGenshin Impact’sArchon Quest “Act II, Chapter II: Stillness, the Sublimation of Shadow,” players will find themselves on Nazuchi Beach, a path of beach that connects Kannazuka andYashiori Island in the Inazuma region. From here, players are likely to begin exploring the nearby shipwreck, which will automatically begin the world quest “Fate of a Fighter.” What players may not be aware of is that this quest marks the first step in unlocking the hidden exploration achievement, “Oh, the Humanity!” This achievement is located under the “Wonders of the World” achievement menu, and unlocking it will award the player with 5 Primogems, as well as actually complete the “Fate of a Fighter” quest, awarding an extra 40 Primogems and character EXP materials.

Step 1: Complete theGenshin Impactworld quest “Fate of the Fighter.”

As mentioned previously, completing the first part of the “Fate of the Fighter” world quest is mandatory for unlocking the hidden “Oh, the Humanity!” achievement. If players do not currently have this world quest, that means they have either not finished “Act II, Chapter II” of the Inazuma Archon Quest, have not explored the shipwreck on Nazuchi Beach, or have already completed this phase of the quest.

Unfortunately,Genshin Impactdoes not make it clear that this part of the quest is actually only one of two parts, so having this done alreadyis potentially normal for veteran playersand does not necessarily mean the player should have already received the achievement. If the player has not already finished the “Fate of the Fighter” world quest, it is not a particularly long world quest, and it has a very interesting story to tell.

Here is a quick walkthrough of the “Fate of the Fighter” world quest:

Step 2: Clear out nearby Nobushi and Kairagi enemy camps.

Once the player has completed the first phase of the “Fate of the Fighter” world quest,Genshin Impactwill act as though you have finished everything there is to do here, and the quest will disappear. However, this begins the hidden portion of the quest, as new groups of enemy Nobushi and Kairagi will spawn at various points of Nazuchi Beach. These enemies should stand out to the player, as they will lack the black smoke effects thattypical Nobushi and Kairagi enemies have. The player should clear out all of these enemies, which are marked on the map provided above.

Step 3: Return to Inaba Kyuuzou.

Once the player has cleared out the four new encampments of Nobushi and Kairagi enemies, the “Fate of the Fighter” quest will once again appear and activate. At this point of the quest, the player should return to the top of the shipwreck where Inaba Kyuuzou was first encountered. However, Inaba Kyuuzou will no longer be there. The player needs to collect the letter that is now sitting where Inaba once stood, titled “Inaba Tousaburou Kyuuzou’s Final Words.”

Step 4: Defeat the Kairagi of Serpent’s Head.

Upon collecting this letter, the player should make their way to the teleport waypoint at Serpent’s Head on Yashiori Island, directly east of theMaguu Kenki boss fight. From this teleport location, the player should head directly south up the hill until they reach the end, and then glide down to the small plateau beneath that houses a tree, tents, and three enemy Kairagi. The player can then defeat the three Kairagi, and upon victory, will be awarded the “Oh, the Humanity!” achievement and the actual completion of the “Fate of the Fighter” world quest.

Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
