AHogwarts Legacyplayer has shared a great idea of theirs for a feature that would bring a lot more life to the game’s vivariums.Vivariums inHogwarts Legacyare a great way for players to partake in some cozy building activities, but there are still some ways they can be improved.

Since the game was first released, players have prided themselves on creating some of the most beautiful vivariums possible. One player evenspent over 40 hours building an incredible beach vivarium inHogwarts Legacy. They’re a brilliant way for players to express their creativity in the game, allowing them to add more as the game progresses. It’s not quite a level editor such asHalo’s Forge mode, but instead is more integrated with the core gameplay ofHogwarts Legacy.

Redditor lunabellx proposed the idea that players could get seeds for the honking daffodils in the game, and have the ability to plant them in their vivarium. It’s certainly an interesting suggestion for those who feel that thebeasts inHogwarts Legacyaren’t enough to liven up the vivariums. Given how customizable the vivariums are in the game, it’s actually surprising that a small detail like this isn’t already a part of the experience already, but Avalanche Software could definitely add it as an update.

Not every player in the thread was in complete agreement about the idea, though. While they’re undeniably cute, there are some who feel they’re annoying to listen to after the first few seconds. It’s certainly a case of personal preference, with oneHogwarts Legacyplayer in the thread claiming they even wanted a bunch of them for their own garden in real life.

Gamers are continuing to hold out hope for someHogwarts Legacysingle-player DLCto expand upon the magic of the Wizarding World. The game has plenty of potential for content, and it would be a shame for it to go untapped. Avalanche Software’s stance since the release of the game has been the same - there isn’t any in development at the moment. It was thought that the financial success of the game could cause a rethink of that position, but up to now, that hasn’t been the case. Even with the successful release ofHogwarts Legacyon previous-generation consoles, it seems as though the plan hasn’t changed at all.

Hogwarts Legacyis available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, with a Switch port releasing November 14.
