Honkai: Star Rail Could Bring Five-Star Light Cones for Robin and Boothill
As per the leak, one of the upcoming Light Cones, which is allegedly forHonkai: Star Rail’s Robin, increases the wearer’s Energy Regeneration Rate. After the wearer uses Ultimate, it clears the Energy Regeneration Rate boost and increases all allies' damage for a few turns.
