MLB The Show 22has now officially launched for not one, not two, but three different platforms. Unfortunately, it hasn’t launched without a couple of problems. The game is available for everyone today afterMLB The Show 22offered an early release optionfor those willing to pay a bit extra, and the developers are busy working on fixes for bugs that several players have noticed since launch.

For the first time ever,MLB The Showis available on three different platforms. For years, it was only offered as a PlayStation exclusive but in 2021 it was also offered on Day One on Xbox Game Pass. This year, it’savailable on Game Pass againbut it’s also playable on the Switch this time around.

As more and more people are getting their hands on the game, there have been more and more reports of glitches andbugs cropping up inMLB The Show 22. On Twitter the developers promised players that they are looking into everything that’s been reported and are actively working on fixes.

Among the problems that the team is working on inMLB The Show 22is the returning of missing items that include stubs. The developers are also working on making sure that the win-loss issues in the game’s mini-seasons mode are improved. There’s also a fix being worked on to make sure the servers are running as smoothly as possible.

Because the game has been available to those willing to pay extra since April 1, there have already been some reports of bugs and the development team has already issued twoMLB The Show 22updatesaimed at solving some of those problems. In the same tweet announcing the fixes, the team also offered up a link where players could go to report any other glitches they run across.

Among the issues that someMLBThe Showplayers have reported are some glitches when it comes to linking their accounts to various consoles. Linking accounts is necessary should users want to upload their franchise or Road to the Show saves on one platform and then download it on another. It is possible that the issues with that account linking have to do with the server problems alluded to in the tweet. If that’s the case it would seem the issues will eventually be solved when the company stabilizes that area.

MLB The Show 22is available now for PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
