Scarlet Calamus and Yellow Lotus are wild plants used ascooking ingredients in various recipes. Luckily, you canharvest them directly from the ground, and even better, you can alsogrow them at your baseusing their seeds. However, they can be found in a few swampy places, which makes them hard to locate.
To harvest Scarlet Calamus you will need to explore the Dayton Wetlands region. This area features various water bodies, which makes it an ideal spot for these plants. Head tocoordinates6200, -3500 in the Wetlands. At these coordinates, walk along the river to find numerous Scarlet Calamus plants.
While following, keep an eye on the red-colored plants to differentiate them from others. This spot is highly recommended due to the presence offive to six Scarlet Calamus plants clustered together. Once harvested, these plants will respawn, allowing you to revisit and increase your supply.
You might also find Yellow Lotus at these coordinates occasionally.
To harvestYellow Lotus plants, you’ll need to explore the Chalk Peak region. Fortunately, in this area, you’ll not only find Yellow Lotus but also Scarlet Calamus.
While you can harvest these plants without any tools, using a Harvesting Sickle will double the harvest. This tool can be unlocked through theMemetic Specialization, and it doubles the harvest and increases the chance of getting seeds if you want to grow more plants.
