Like the previous Fast Upgrade system, players can spend Credits to upgrade the three cards available each day even if they don’t have the required Boosters for those specific cards. The difference is that now the Bonus Booster system gives players the remaining Boosters necessary for that card to reach its next level for free, no longer charging them additional credits for the difference in missing Boosters when performing the upgrade.
Marvel Snap’s Bonus Booster System is a Great Value
In the past,Marvel Snapplayers were advised to steer clear of the Fast Upgrade shop, since the trade-off of the more valuable resource of Credits for the less valuable resource of Boosters was almost never a worthwhile deal. However, the changes made under the Bonus Booster system have made this service a great value, since it essentially gives players free Boosters. Although players will still need to front the cost of Credits necessary to perform the upgrade, this cost isn’t any higher than it would have been if they had performed the upgrade naturally with the required number of Boosters already in their possession.
The downside of this system is thatMarvel Snaponly gives players three options of cards to choose from daily, and these cards are chosen randomly from their collection. If players are dead set on taking full advantage of this system to use their resources as efficiently as possible, they will have to wait for the shop to roll over each day to see if their desired card is available for the Bonus Booster upgrade.
