Resident Evil Villageis full of memorable villains, but the one that has stood out in fans' minds is Lady Dimitrescu. The towering villain relentlesslypursues Ethan Winters throughout Castle Dimitrescualong with her bloodthirsty daughters, leading to some of the game’s most memorable moments. Considering how popular Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters are, it’s no surprise that they have inspired countless cosplays.
One of the moreimpressive cosplays of Lady Dimitrescuand her daughters was recently shown off by Reddit user Konakona000. In the cosplay, Kona appears as Bella Dimitrescu, while Dryoma_Anastasiya is seen as Cassandra Dimitrescu. Meanwhile, Twitter user pododeyablo is featured dead center as Lady Dimitrescu. Not only do the cosplayers have game-accurate outfits of Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters, but the photo is in a location that looks like it was ripped directly fromResident Evil Villageitself.

This cosplay of Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters is almost perfect, but it is missing one of the Dimitrescu daughters. Daniela Dimitrescu is nowhere to be found. Perhaps this is because this image is meant to show the Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters inResident Evil Villageafter Ethan’s already killed off Daniela.
Even beforeResident Evil Village’s release, Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters were the subject of cosplay.Capcom’s marketing ofResident Evil Villagefocused heavily on the Castle Dimitrescu section of the game, with the pre-release demos allowing players to explore sections of the castle and encounter the violent family for themselves. And now that the game is out, cosplayers are still taking inspiration from Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters, with far less cosplays being put together based on other characters from the game.
With how much Capcom focused on Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters before release,someResident Evil Villagefans were let down by Dimitrescu’s role in the final game. All things considered, Lady Dimitrescu, her daughters, and their castle only make up a small fraction of theResident Evil Villageexperience. However, it’s possible Capcom will give players some more opportunities to go toe to toe with Dimitrescu and her deadly brood.
Resident Evil VillageDLC is in active development, though further information is unavailable at the time of this writing. This DLC could take place after the events ofResident Evil Village, but it could also serve as a prequel that shows some events that happened prior to Ethan’s arrival at the titular village. Of course, this is just speculation at this time, and until Capcom decides to reveal more information on its plans forResident Evil Village’s DLC, speculating is really all fans can do.
