This gem is a lot more special than you might think, and it can’t be found as easily as regular Quartz. It requires a bit more searching and unlockinghigher floors in the Mines. How to Get Fire Quartz in Stardew Valley
Fire Quartz can be found in a few different locations and through a couple of methods. This includes:
The easiest method of all of them is byforaging for Fire Quartz in the Mines.Keep in mind that you will need to at least be atFloor 80to start spotting them, otherwise you’ll only come up with regular Quartz. They will often appear at these higher levels, so if you’re really focused on picking up multiple, the Mines will be your best friend.
As for the other methods, it’s also possible to get Fire Quartz out of someMagma or Omni Geodesthat you pick up while mining, but this isn’t guaranteed. There are a lot of different things that can come out of these Geodes, so it’s best to stick to the Mines. The same thing goes withFishing Chests and Panning.
How to Use Fire Quartz in Stardew Valley
Fire Quartz can be used for more than just selling, especially since it has a much lower profit thana gem like Diamonds. For Fire Quartz, here’s what you’re able to do:
