Should Players Kill or Spare Tomisar?
Since the outcome does not impact the story,players have the freedom to either kill or forgive Tomisar.Each choice carries both positive and negative consequences. Assassinating Tomisar will provide relief to Andreja’s need for vengeance while saving him maintains Andreja’s hope of reconnecting with House Va’ruun.
All the Outcomes in the Divided Loyalties Quest
In the confrontation with Tomisar, players are presented with three options: encouraging Andreja to kill him, killing him on her behalf, or persuading Andreja against murdering Tomisar. The first two choices will result in Andreja losing her connection to her House, while the third option will leave her concerned about the future.
Andreja Killing Tomisar
By selecting the dialogue option “Give your Friends the Vengeance They Deserve,” players canencourage Andreja to assassinate Tomisar, seeking retribution for her friends' blood. While this choice does not impactthe players' relationship with Andreja, she will harbor concerns that the Great Serpent will never forgive her for this action.
Sparing Tomisar’s Life
Opting for the second option, “He’s Not Worth It, You Would Lose Too Much,” presents the most peaceful path. Players can persuade Andreja to let go of her thirst for revenge and instead encourage her to forgive Tomisar. While this choice won’t restore herconnection with House Va’ruun, it will maintain her hopeful outlook that things may improve in the future.
Player Killing Tomisar
The third dialogue option, “I’ll Do It, So You Don’t Have To,” gives players the opportunity toassassinate Tomisar in place of Andreja. Although this path may appear to preserve her connection with House Va’ruun, in reality, Andreja will still lose her affiliation with them.
What Happens After Confronting Tomisar
Regardless of the player’s choice, the Divided Loyalties quest concludes withan opportunity to befriend or romance Andreja. Following the act of killing or abandoning Tomisar, players accompany Andreja to The Lodge, where they can express their feelings for her or ask her to become their best friend.
