Summary

Since its very first episode,The Boyshas never been afraid to cross lines other superhero media wouldn’t dare think of. It appears that the apple didn’t fall far from the tree regarding its spinoffGen V, asThe Boysrevealed that a supe previously seen from the show’s second season will appear onGen V, and it’s not one that fans will necessarily be excited to see.

The Boysrevealed that Gen V features a cameo appearance by a supe whose power is being well-endowed. However, this character is well-endowed to the point where his genitalia is the size of a boa constrictor and behaves like one.

The Boysrevealed via their X account that the supe with an unrealistically large penis would return inGen V, though they didn’t disclose to what extent. They also provided the caption, “Neglected to tell ya about the biggest cameo in @genv.” The post included a picture of the genitalia looking out the window in a closed space as if it has a mind of its own.

For context, this supe was briefly seen in The Boys season 2 episode titled “The Bloody Doors Off,” in which this supe was one of the few that the anti-supe extermination group came into contact with in Sage Grove. In a hilarious joke,Mother’s Milk was strangledby him as the main characters were trying to avoid the supes in their path. As he struggled to break free from the supe’s “grasp,” everyone suddenly realized that Mother’s Milk was getting strangled by the guy’s junk, which everyone played off like it never happened.

As hilarious albeit off-putting as this reveal is, it may show thatGen Vis likely to harp more on the institutionsthat Vought has to secretly keep these Supes in check so they can’t unleash hell on the world as they implied in season 2. This subplot wasn’t acknowledged inThe Boysseason 3, which may have been intentional. They may have been saving it forGen Vbecause it shows more of Vought’s corruption as a superhero company. It may also indicate that these college students aren’t accepted into Goldokin University because of their superpowers but also to see if they are good assets for the company or if they’re too dangerous for the public to see them as heroes.

As gross as this is, it fits perfectly withThe Boys’tone because they have included NSFW content to be edgy but also realistic. If a company makes superheroes, Compound V will likely affect someone’s genitals. The Boyshas no problems giving superheroes realistic issues, like giving Tek Knight a brain tumorthat makes him want to aggressively act out sexually. If you’re going to go all out, go all out.
