WhileTony Hawk’sPro Skater 1 and 2 Remakesare fairly accurate recreations of the originals, the new ones have also added a lot of new features, better graphics, and new skins to play as. And new updates are bringing even more changes, includingTony Hawk Remakeprivate lobbies, themed DLC, and a new feature that completionists are going to love.
WhenTony Hawk’s Pro Skater Remakewas released back in September, plans had been made for several updates, additions, and even some unique DLC content. Along with theTony Hawk’s Crash BandicootDLC, November’s update, which drops on the 6th, has added cosmetics and a new Solo Tour mode that adds even more to the game than before.

The new Solo Tour is designed to allow ultimate replayability with theTony Hawk’sremakes. Instead of having the goals and medals completed one-time per save, now players can complete the full list of medals and goals with each new skater, exponentially increasing the length of 100% completing the game. Before this update, players would have to delete their save files in order to complete the goals and medals again with a new skater. This should keep skating fans busy untilmoreTony Hawk’s remakes are hopefully released.
The old way of trackingTony Hawk’s Pro Skaterremakes' medals and goals isn’t gone though; if players only want to play through once and have each skin have all the same medals and goals completed, they can use Crew Tours Mode. The November update has also added more than 100 new challenges and 10 new challenges sets. Also, new this month is a fan-made pack of boards, and there’s also a paid DLC of new decks, the proceeds of which will be donated to the Skatepark Project. The packs are only available for a limited time, so if players are interested in them, they should grab them asap.
On top of these Activision has even made a fewfixes thatTony Hawk’sremakesreally needed. There was some tuning of multiplayer playlists to make them more randomized. Both Jams and Competitive play will now have better Scores and Parks randomizing, giving players a bigger variety in their playlists.
Apparently, the work isn’t done yet either. AsTony Hawk’s remakes are the fast-selling games so far in the franchise, players can expect to continue to see more updates coming for these popular remakes in the near future.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 Remakeis available for now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
