Best Option To Choose For The Remembrance Of The Shadow Sunflower
The decision ultimately comes down to the preference and playstyle of the player. An incantation isn’t very useful foran INT spellcaster, and a Colossal Weapon doesn’t do much for someone without the capacity to hold it. Both these items require the player to have a FAI build, which means that those who do not can basically ignore them entirely.
If you want a weapon that deals high poise damage and uses a little FP to deal a ton of damage, then the Shadow Sunflower Blossom is exactly what you need. On the other hand, the Land of Shadow is a must-have incantation for any faith-based magic user. It has very good damage for its cost, and it only takes one memory slot. It’s one of the best faith spells out there. It might also be worth it to get both byduplicating the Remembrancefor someone with a high FAI and enough STR to wield the Blossom.
Shadow Sunflower Blossom
The head of a monstrous shadow sunflower manifestation of the Scadutree. Then again, it might be just a flower, wielded as a weapon. Much like the Scadutree itself in appearance, a second stalk winds tightly around the first, almost as if in a tender embrace.
The Shadow Sunflower is aColossal WeaponinElden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtreethat deals114 Physical and 114 Holy damage. It can be upgraded usingSomber Smithing Stones to +10and weighs 16.0. The weapon is a great option for STR/FAI builds.
Its Ash of War is calledShadow Sunflower Headbutt, and it cannot be changed. The skill uses12 FPand can also be followed up. The follow-up can be executed twice, with each cast taking6 FP. The player raises the weapon up and slams it down on the ground, dealing a large amount of holy damage. The follow-up sees the player repeatedly slam it down twice more.

The Land of Shadow is anErdtree Incantationthat costs40 FPto cast. It takes upone memory slotand does a decent amount of damage to enemies who aren’t resistant to holy damage. It works similarly to theElden Stars incantationbut is better optimized, making it the superior option. It takes less time to cast and doesn’t take up two memory slots while dealing comparable damage.
This spell has a fairly large range, reaching most enemies that the player can lock on to, with some exceptions for the more extreme distances. It can deal up to2-3k damagewith the right equipment and buffs.
