Because Yun Jin’s shield is only utilized for a short parry,players should never build Yun Jin on HP. On the contrary, as the ability scales with her DEF, it’s the sensible move to focus on DEF instead.
Elemental Burst
Yun Jin’s Elemental Burst is the main part of her moveset. After casting this ability, she will grant theFlying Cloud Flag Formationto all party members. When a character with this effect deals Normal Attack damage to an enemy, their damage will be increased based on Yun Jin’s DEF. This buff will scale higher if the party consists of different elements. With a mono-element party, the effect is only increased by 2.5%. But with two, three, and four elements, the increase is boosted to 5%, 7.5%, and 11%, respectively.
This effect can be triggered 30 times by each character, while the formation itself lasts for 12s. If the unit hits multiple enemies at once, then the buff will be activated accordingly. Therefore,this skill is best utilized when there are multiple mobs in the AoE.
Considering Yun Jin’s Elemental Burst has a 12s duration and 15s cooldown, players canrely on her to buff their DPSalmost 100% of the time. Of course, that’s assuming they’re using thebest build for Yun Jin.
